Men's Sexual Health
A frustrating but treatable condition. Evidence-based therapy can restore normal ejaculatory function and sexual satisfaction for you and your partner.

Delayed ejaculation (DE) is a condition in which a man requires prolonged sexual stimulation -- often 30 minutes or more -- to reach orgasm and ejaculate, or is unable to ejaculate at all. It is the least common of the male ejaculatory disorders but one of the most distressing for both the man and his partner.

Lifelong (primary) or acquired (secondary) forms
DE can be situational -- occurring only during partnered sex but not during masturbation -- or generalised, occurring in all contexts. This distinction is critical for diagnosis and guides the treatment approach.
Performance anxiety, relationship conflict, restrictive upbringing about sex, fear of impregnation, or unconscious inhibition can all block the ejaculatory reflex.
SSRIs, SNRIs, antipsychotics, and certain blood-pressure medications are well-known causes. Even after discontinuation, effects can persist.
A pattern of high-pressure, high-speed, or unusual-position masturbation can condition the body to a stimulus that partnered sex cannot replicate.
Diabetes, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, low testosterone, prostate surgery, and age-related nerve changes can all impair ejaculatory function.

Graduated masturbation retraining, sensate focus exercises, and bridging techniques help recondition the ejaculatory response to partnered stimulation.
If medications are contributing, we work with your prescribing doctor to adjust dosages or switch to alternatives with fewer sexual side effects.
A structured, step-by-step programme that reduces performance pressure and rebuilds the connection between arousal, pleasure, and orgasm.
Addressing anxiety, guilt, relationship dynamics, or past experiences that may be creating psychological barriers to ejaculation.
When appropriate, involving the partner in therapy improves communication, reduces frustration, and accelerates progress.
